Membership and Publicity Funds Request
We want to help support the lodges in our jurisdiction. If you are planning a publicity event, or would like to advertise your lodge, but need help funding your event or needs, the Membership and Publicity Committee is here to help.
Use the form below, or follow the instructions to write a letter, to request the necessary funds.

Please give as much notice as possible, especially if there is a deadline. A member of the Committee will reach out to you for further discussion and/or information regarding your request.
If there is immediate need, please call the Grand Lodge at 410-477-1101.
Write a Letter Request
On Lodge Letterhead, write a letter explaining your event and needs. Please provide the following information:

Name of Event or Promotional Idea

Plans/Goals of participating/promotion

Date/Timeline for Promotion/Event

Expected Costs of Event/Promotion
-
How you would like to receive the funds (reimbursement, direct payment, etc.

When you need funds by (If applicable)

Contact information for your Noble Grand, Secretary, and any committee members planning the event.

Please send any documentation regarding cost or other information about your event or promotional idea.
The letter should be signed by your Noble Grand and Secretary with the seal of the lodge.
