The mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is to honor the sacrifice of firefighter Stephen Siller who laid down his life to save others on September 11, 2001. We also honor our military and first responders who continue to make the supreme sacrifice of life and limb for our country.

The Hydrocephalus Association (HA) serves as the primary nexus for research on hydrocephalus. Hydrocephalus affects over 1 million people in the U.S. alone. Approximately 1-2 babies for every 1000 births are born with hydrocephalus, but anyone can get hydrocephalus at any time through a brain injury or infection, among other reasons, or as part of the aging process.

HA’s mission is to find a cure for hydrocephalus and improve the lives of those impacted by the condition. HA funds high-impact research, provides support and educational resources for patients and caregivers, and advocates on behalf of the hydrocephalus community on key policies and legislation.

Since 2009, HA has invested over $16 million in cutting-edge research, making us the largest non-profit, non-governmental funder of hydrocephalus research in the United States.
