Proposed Bylaws

A Special Committee on Bylaws was appointed by Grand Master Brianna Shuman to make the necessary corrections to bring our Bylaws into conformance with the Sovereign Grand Lodge Code of General Laws, and with how the State of Maryland has been operating. 
The Special Committee merged the current bylaws into the bylaws outlined in the Code of General Laws to ensure that the rules we are all familiar with are not lost. Some changes were made and are outlined in the Change guide. We would be happy to answer any and all questions about the changes in the Q & A below.
